Common use of Temporary Promotion Clause in Contracts

Temporary Promotion. (a) Should an employee be temporarily promoted to a higher level position he/she shall be paid on the higher job at the higher rate. In such event the employee’s salary will be adjusted from the commencement of such relief period in accordance with (c), below.
