Common use of Temporary Structures Clause in Contracts

Temporary Structures. The Design-Builder shall construct, maintain, and remove Temporary Structures and approaches necessary for use by traffic. After new structures have been opened to traffic, Temporary Structures and approaches shall be removed. The materials contained therein shall remain the property of the Design-Builder. The proposed design of Temporary Structures shall be submitted to the Department prior to the beginning of construction in accordance with the requirements of Section 105.10.
