Common use of Temporary Structures Clause in Contracts

Temporary Structures. No structure of a temporary character (including but not limited to trailers, tents, shacks, garages or barns) may be used at any time as a residence, either temporarily or permanently. Additionally, no portable or prefabricated building or dog pen shall be located upon any lot without the prior, written permission of the TDHE.
