Temporary Transfer - Higher Paying Job. Where an employee is assigned by the Department Head to relieve in a higher paid position, that employee shall receive the higher rate for the actual time spent; but where a Schedule B employee does not meet the job posting requirements of the position, including supervisory duties where applicable, that employee shall receive 50% of the difference between the rates in addition to their regular rate, for actual time spent.
