Common use of Temporary Wage Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Temporary Wage Adjustments. No employee may perform duties of a higher job title unless directed by the proper authority. When so directed, the employee shall be paid at the rate of such job title for the time spent performing those duties. In the absence of a High School Supervisor, the senior custodian assigned to the school will assume the supervisory duties and shall be paid at the J-0 rate.
