Temporary Work outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) The Employer may offer full-time or part-time work outside the bargaining unit to qualified bargaining unit employees, in the event that there are no excluded employees available to perform the work. In such cases, the Employer will inform the Labour Management Committee of the excluded position, the bargaining unit member, and the expected length of the assignment.
