Tenant’s Expenses. Landlord shall reimburse Tenant upon demand for all reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by Tenant in connection with any litigation to enforce any obligation of Landlord which is in default hereunder. If the leasehold interest of Landlord hereunder shall hereafter be held by more than one person, corporation, or other entity, and if litigation shall arise by reason of a dispute among such persons, corporations, or other entities, and if Tenant is made a party to such litigation without Tenant’s consent, then Landlord shall reimburse Tenant upon demand for all reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by Tenant in connection with any such litigation.

Tenant’s Expenses. The Tenant must pay on time all charges for electricity, gas, water, sewage use, telephone and other services where they are separately metered or supplied to the Premises and requested or used by the Tenant, and where appropriate install any necessary meters.
Tenant’s Expenses. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, to arrange and pay for the janitorial services for the Premises and to arrange and pay directly to the electrical service provider for all costs of all electrical services associated with the operation and occupancy of the Premises, such as lighting and electrical outlets and the HVAC serving the premises. As more specifically provided in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit C, Landlord shall be responsible for the installation of a separate utility meters for purposes of segregating the electrical power supply to the Premises. Said separate meters to include the segregation of power supply necessary to operate the HVAC system for the Premises.
Tenant’s Expenses. All expenses incident to any loan obtained by tenant including procurement fees, preparation of Note, Deed of Trust, and other loan documents, recording fees, Mortgagee’s Title Policy, prepayable interest, credit reports; 1/2 of any escrow fee; copies of restrictions, easements, reservations, or conditions affecting the Premises; and expenses stipulated to be paid by Tenant under other provisions of this Lease.
Tenant’s Expenses. Section 3.06. During the lease term, Tenant shall be completely responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the operations and maintenance of the Premises, including, but not limited to, all normal expenses and recurring disbursements made during the operation of the Premises, payroll expenses, sales taxes, payroll and other withholding taxes for employees working exclusively for the Tenant, all costs of employee benefit and welfare plans for employees of the Tenant, supplies, maintenance and repair expenses, golf car leasing expenses (an amount equal to the lease expense and related costs shall be included), utility charges, and insurance premiums as herein provided, management fees, cost of goods sold in the golf shop, and all other amounts reasonably expended in connection the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Premises, including all marketing and sales expenses and real property, possessory or other taxes on the Property. All administrative and accounting functions performed by Tenant’s administrative or operations teams, including, but not limited to payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, workers’ compensation insurance activity or any other insurance activity shall be included within Tenant’s expenses.
Tenant’s Expenses. The Tenant shall be responsible for all of the expenses in operating the Premises and producing the crops grown thereon.

Tenant’s Expenses. Prior to delinquency, Tenant shall pay (and, upon request, provide Landlord with evidence of payment of) all Taxes (as defined in Exhibit A) and all other taxes and assessments, together with any interest, charges, fees and penalties in connection therewith, levied upon or arising from (a) Tenant’s Property, (b) the conduct of Tenant’s business, or (c) Tenant’s leasehold estate. Tenant shall pay all such Taxes and other amounts directly to the applicable taxing authority, or if such amounts are billed to or paid by Landlord, then Tenant shall pay such amounts to Landlord within thirty (30) days after receipt of Landlord’s invoice therefor. ​ ​ ​
