Tendering Instructions. 1. The Tender shall be made in one copy of the accompanying form; however, all blanks and schedules shall be filled up in ink, and signed without alteration to the form of tender. If any such alteration were made, or if these Instructions were not fully complied with, the tender may be rejected. The tenderer; however, is at liberty to add any further details that he may deem desirable and, in the event of his so doing, shall print or type such details and annex the added matter to the tender submitted by him. Such additional details shall not be binding upon the purchaser unless they shall be subsequently incorporated in the contract.

  • Operating Instructions The Design Professional shall assemble and forward to the Owner all equipment and systems operation and maintenance manuals provided by the Contractor in compliance with the Specifications.

  • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS Unless otherwise instructed, all goods are to be shipped prepaid, FOB Destination, as defined in RCW Title 62A.
