ITT Documents definition

ITT Documents means the following documents (including any amendments, supplements and/or replacements to such documents), provided to the Respondents by IBC including without limitation:

Examples of ITT Documents in a sentence

  • If TENDERER fails to comply with any of its obligations under the ITT Documents and/or if TENDERER withdraws said Bid within the period of validity of its Bid and/or if TENDERER fails after receipt from COMPANY of Letter of Award to enter into the CONTRACT with COMPANY, or to provide a Performance Bank Guarantee in accordance with the CONTRACT requirements, then GUARANTOR hereby irrevocably undertakes on behalf of TENDERER to pay to COMPANY on first demand any sum of sums not exceeding (6) (US DOLLAR).

  • Notwithstanding anything else contained in the ITT Documents, BGIS reserves the right to exercise complete and unfettered discretion in all aspects of the conduct of the Bid process, the assessment and evaluation of Bids, including the determination of criteria, the ranking of Bidders and the selection of a Successful Bidder without incurring any liability whatsoever to any Bidder, including any liability for costs, losses or damages and without giving any reasons therefore.

  • The ITT Documents may not be altered, with the exception of adding the information requested.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to carefully review the ITT Documents (including issued Addenda) in order to gain a thorough understanding of the instructions and requirements specified herein.

  • Nothing in the ITT Documents is, or is to be, relied upon as a commitment or a representation as to the Local Body's ultimate decision in relation to the Project.

  • No Bidder will undertake (or permit to be undertaken) at any time, any publicity activities with any section of the media in relation to the ITT Documents, this procurement process or the Project or any data coming from the Project without the prior written agreement of the Local Body (including as to the content of any such publicity).

  • The benefit of all limitations of liability, damages and releases and waivers of liability and damages and like provisions accorded to BGIS in this ITT and the ITT Documents shall extend to and also benefit the BGIS Parties and BGIS shall hold the benefit of all such provisions in trust for the BGIS Parties and may enforce same for the benefit of the BGIS Parties.

  • Any persons considering making a decision to enter into contractual relationships with the Local Body following receipt of the ITT Documents is to make their own investigations and their own independent assessment of the Local Body and their requirements for the Project and is to seek their own professional financial and legal advice.

  • All ITT Documents issued by Company are the property of Company and shall be returned to Company if requested after expiration of the bid and validity period.

  • The publication of the ITT Documents in no way commits the Local Body or DCMS (including BDUK) to award any contract or pursue any tender process for the Project.

Related to ITT Documents

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
