TERM AND APPLICATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise agreed, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from January 27th, 2020 up to and including January 26th 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date, of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
