APPOINTMENTS, TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS. 11.01 Employer shall post within the Centre notices of vacant positions within the bargaining unit not less than ten (10) calendar days in advance of making an appointment. The posting shall contain the following information:

Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Extended Care Centre, Glenmore Park Auxiliary Hospital, Xxxxxxx Manor, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Sarcee, Signal Pointe, Nickle House, and C3 Beddington when employed in auxiliary nursing care” that this Collective Agreement covers all Auxiliary Nursing Employees. It is further understood that all Employees employed in Auxiliary Nursing at the above sites are in one Bargaining Unit. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 11 of this Collective Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree that making Promotions, Transfers and the filling of Vacancies shall be administered as follows:
