If the LPA has the plans, special provisions, and cost estimate (list of pay items, quantities, and unit prices) for the Project ready such that federal funds can be obligated (INDOT obligates the funds about 7 weeks before the date bids are opened for the construction contract), between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, INDOT will make the federal funds shown in Section I.A. and/or Section I.B. of Attachment A available for the Project, provided the Project is eligible, and provided the federal funds shown in Section I.B. of Attachment A are available.

TERM AND SCHEDULE. 6.1 Consultant shall not perform any Services hereunder until receipt of written Notice to Proceed from the District. TERM AND SCHEDULE. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date, written above, and shall terminate on December 31, 2021. A detailed project schedule is presented on the attached Appendix A. However, it is understood by the parties that the actual schedule may differ from what is anticipated. The City shall advise the Consultants in writing of each change in the schedule as soon as feasible after it becomes aware thereof, and the Consultants shall adjust the timing of their services so as to comply with the revised schedule. The Consultants shall provide their services at such times as are necessary in order to promote the smooth progress of the Project.
