Term Positions. 35.01 No term position shall have a stated term of more than two (2) years, except for term journeyman positions, which may last for such period as is necessary for the apprentice working under the journeyman to finish his apprenticeship, or a term position to replace an employee on leave for a Union position under Clause 13.14.
