Common use of Termination of Deductions Clause in Contracts

Termination of Deductions. (A) The Association shall notify the employer in a timely manner of any employee who has resigned membership. (B) An employee shall cease to be subject to the deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which she/he is no longer represented by the Bargaining Unit. OUCMT will be notified by the Employer of the names of such employees following the end of each month in which the terminations or transfers took place.
