TERMINATION OF TRAINING. 1) If Trainee fails to pass any level of employee progress review the employee will be held at that training level for an additional three months of training. Following this additional period, a second employee-progress review will be conducted. Failure to pass this second review will terminate the training program and the employee will be returned to the position and salary from which the employee came.
2) Employees failing this training program will not receive any credit toward any other apprenticeship program the Agency may have.

SSYS reserves the right to refuse admission onto any Training or to terminate any Student’s training at any time during the Training, without refunding the Training Fee, in cases where, in the reasonable opinion of SSYS, the Student behaves in an unethical, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable manner and/or engages in misconduct, or obstructive behaviour, including but not limited to disrupting the group dynamic, acting out, drug or alcohol abuse, sabotage of the Training in ways such as grooming other people to denigrate the training or deliberate instigation of negative gossip about either the teachers or other participants. This is vital for the health of the training to be preserved. If the Student has a concern about the content of the training or other participants, please raise it directly with Xxxx or Samantha and not in clique culture.
b. In circumstances where SSYS terminates the Student’s Training, no certification will be granted and the Student will not have the right to utilise any of the SSYS material, which must be returned to SSYS promptly.

This includes any injury, death, sickness or damage my pet may suffer during or after any training program. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and Xxxxx Xxxxx from any and all claims due to damage the pet may cause to any family members of any third parties during or after training. The owner specifically acknowledges that they recognize the risk of taking a group class with other people and their dogs. This risk is entered into with the owner 100% responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times in the class environment.
