Progress Review. 3.3.1 The Parties shall diligently use their reasonable endeavours to achieve satisfaction of their respective Conditions Precedent and shall cooperate in good faith with the other Party towards the satisfaction of its Conditions Precedent.
3.3.2 The Parties shall jointly review the progress towards achieving satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent on a [monthly] basis or whenever necessary and shall notify each other promptly of each event which may delay the Conditions Precedent to be satisfied by the Target CP Satisfaction Date. The Seller shall promptly, upon the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent set out in [Part A] of Schedule 9 -, give the Purchaser written notice that such Conditions Precedent have been satisfied and the Purchaser shall promptly, upon the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent set out in [Part B] of Schedule 9 -, give the Seller written notice that such Conditions Precedent have been satisfied.
Progress Review. (a) Fire Suppression Pool members shall complete required courses as per Appendix A.
(b) Fire Prevention Pool members shall complete at least one (1) block or lesson every four (4) months. Every candidate enrolled in a compulsory course shall advise the Training Officer of his course progress every four (4) months.
Progress Review. The Joint Committee shall, on a yearly basis, review progress made with regard to the implementation of the Articles of this Annex on the basis of a report by the ASEAN Member States concerned.

Progress Review. The parties agree that progress reviews are a part of the appraisal process. These reviews, scheduled at approximately the midpoint of the rating period, are a key factor in identifying how well an employee is progressing towards meeting or exceeding performance standards for all critical elements.
A. Additional progress reviews may be scheduled by the rating official when performances deficiencies are observed. The rating official will provide specific recommendations on how the employee can improve his/her performance.
B. Progress Reviews and any changes to the performance plan must be documented and a copy given to the employee.
C. Performance-based meetings or counseling sessions are individual situations and not a general condition of employment which rise to a right to the presence of a representative. These meetings are a private, business like exchange between a supervisor and an employee.
Progress Review a face-to-face meeting with an employee, at least once during the appraisal period, about their performance. Such a meeting usually occurs during the mid- point period.
Progress Review. A progress review is a meeting at which the supervisor communicates with the employee about the employee’s performance, including the critical and non- critical elements and applicable standards.

Progress Review. 5.4.1 The Parties shall jointly review progress towards achieving satisfaction of the Conditions Subsequent on a Monthly basis and shall notify each other promptly of any anticipated delay in meeting the Required Commercial Operation Date or other relevant milestones in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.
5.4.2 The Parties shall provide the Independent Engineer with all required information, data, access and reports to perform the tasks set out in Schedule 10 and Schedule 21.
