Termination/Separation of Employment by the Employee. Termination of employment by the employee shall require not less than fifteen (15) calendar days’ notice prior to the effective date of separation. Employees who provide written notice to the District Office of retirement effective for the ensuing school year, by April 1st shall receive an additional lump sum payment of $250, paid out on their last payroll.
