Terms of Publication. 6.1 The Member Institution acknowledges that before any material submitted by an author or the Member Institution will be accepted for publication the author and the owner of any copyright in such material will be required to agree to the Publisher’s existing terms and conditions of publication (including any terms relating to Open Access Articles).
Terms of Publication. The Cell Stress Society International (the SOCIETY), as publisher of CS&C, retains exclusive copyright to the above named MANUSCRIPT in any and all forms and languages pursuant to the copyright laws of the United States and all foreign countries.

The Customer acknowledges that before the version of record is published, the Corresponding Author and (if different) the owner of any copyright in such material will be required to agree to the applicable terms and conditions of publication (including without limitation the terms relating to open access). The Customer will ensure requests from Wiley to validate Eligible Authors are answered promptly.
Terms of Publication. 3.1 The Publisher acknowledges that authors or their institutions retain copyright to their publications. The Institution acknowledges that after any Contribution submitted by an Author has been accepted for publication the Author and (if different) the owner of any copyright in such material will be required to agree to a Creative Commons license used by the Publisher for non-commercial use of the Contribution.
3.2 The standard non-discounted Processing Charges are listed in Schedule 1 and, and their amounts as set out below are, if applicable, increased by VAT.
3.3 The Publisher can change the Processing Charges by giving the Institution at least six months’ written notice, effective from the beginning of the following calendar year. In the event that such notice is given, the Institution shall be allowed to terminate this Agreement within three months of being given such notice. The termination shall come into effect at the end of the calendar year for which notice of termination was given.
3.4 The Processing Charge for a Contribution shall be levied in such amount as is in effect when that Contribution is accepted for publication. This rule shall be applied accordingly to the percentage of the discount as set out in Clause 4.3.
Terms of Publication. 8.1. The Licensee acknowledges that, before an article by a Qualifying Author will be accepted for publication:
8.1.1. such article must be submitted, peer reviewed and accepted in accordance with the Open Access Workflow; and
8.1.2. the owner(s) of any copyright in such article must enter into the Publisher’s standard open access publishing agreement.
8.2. The Licensee acknowledges that all Qualifying Articles will be made available under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 or a newer version of said license. If an Qualifying Author wishes to publish under an alternative Creative Commons licence if offered by the journal (for example CC BY NC ND), then the Qualifying Author should contact the Licensor to request this.
Terms of Publication. 10.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement the Publisher agrees to:
10.1.1. Waive the Article Publishing Charge in respect of any Qualifying Article submitted by a Qualifying Author to be published in an Open Access Journal; and
10.1.2. Identify the Organisation and each Institution as an “Open Access Member” on the Publisher’s main journals website, currently at the URL xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, during the Subscription Period.
Terms of Publication. 1. The Contractor as the author of the Work agrees and grants the Customer consent to the disclosure in writing or digital propagation of the Work. In the event of a disclosure of the digital propagation of the Work the Contractor agrees to the Work publication in accordance with the applicable legislation.
2. The Contractor’s licence granted as the author of the undertaken work is non-exclusive, free and in an unlimited extent.
Terms of Publication. 11.1. The Organisation acknowledges that, before an article by a Qualifying Author will be accepted for publication:
11.1.1. such article must be submitted, peer reviewed and accepted in accordance with the Open Access Workflow; and
11.1.2. the owner(s) of any copyright in such article must enter into the Publisher’s standard open access publishing agreement substantially in the form set out at Schedule 4.
11.2. The Organisation acknowledges that all Qualifying Articles will be made available under a Creative Commons Licence. Qualifying Authors will have the option to choose between a CC BY, CC BY-NC or CC BY-NC-ND licence, the latest versions of which can be found at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses Publisher will use reasonable efforts to make the CC BY licence the preferred licence choice used for publication in the Open Access Journals whilst continuing to offer other CC licences to respect author choice.
11.3. Nothing in this Agreement shall be taken to restrict, limit or curtail any provisions of the Creative Commons Licenses used for publication of articles in the Open Access Journals.

The Business Owner has full freedom to assess what information, discount etc. has added value for the consumers who wish to get in touch with, get information from or follow the trader via the digital sites. The Business Owner is responsible for the content of information, offers etc. published on connected sites. However, ADON reserves the right to review and remove content that is not compatible with the site's trademark.
