Common use of Terms of the Leave Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Leave. A Teacher may be granted an Educational Study Leave with pay of up to 75% of the benefits and salary of their placement on the salary schedule, excluding responsibility allowances. Teachers who are granted a leave with pay at less than 75% of their placement on the salary schedule excluding allowances, shall receive 100% of employee benefits as outlined in this Collective Agreement.
