Test Execution. The Contractor shall execute tests in accordance with the Government-approved Detailed Test Plan. For designated Contractor test events, the Contractor shall submit exploratory or incremental test results reflecting all completed test scripts, remaining test scripts, number passed, number failed, and status of failed tests. The Contractor shall conduct SIT with the Government to demonstrate successful development testing results prior to promotion to PSS for GAT. Following successful completion of SIT, the Contractor shall set up PSS and coordinate GAT. The Contractor shall monitor GAT and resolve environment, configuration, and code issues. When required, the Contractor shall develop and collect TIRs or respond to Government provided TIRs, perform RCA, and provide analysis and solutions to resolve TIRs. The Contractor shall resolve established TIRs as defined in the DTP or applicable process. The Contractor shall implement the roll-back strategy for all failed system changes. The Contractor shall provide a final test report (CDRL C004) and update the CM process tool upon completion of the final system change test event. The Contractor shall validate test scenarios and test scripts which provide verification and validation of the GCSS-MC system functionality and operational performance parameters; document observation points of system anomalies and data collection plans; document technical requirements verification; analyze proposed work arounds and solutions to the root cause; and propose solutions to reduce recurrence of repetitive problems. Test Execution. The contractor shall perform test and evaluation identified in the test plan to evaluate, verify and validate performance of the prototype. The contractor shall travel to the test site, communicate test objectives with the personnel in charge, support execution of test geometries, operate equipment associated with the test, collect and organize data, summarize results in written form, and package data for transport. The Contractor shall document the test event and provide the Government a test event report including a summary of accomplishments, notable issues and any problems encountered. Deliverables: The contractor shall deliver Test Execution Reports in accordance with CDRL A009.

  • AGREEMENT EXECUTION The agreement form delivered to the successful Vendor for signature MUST be executed by a representative who has the legal capacity to enter the organization into a formal agreement with the State of Delaware, Government Support Services.

In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or “.pdf” signature page were an original thereof.

  • TIMELINESS OF BILLING SUBMISSION The parties agree that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognize that the City is on a fiscal year. All xxxxxxxx for dates of service prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later that the first Friday in August of the same year.

  • Volunteer Agreement I understand that my services are donated to Mayo Clinic Health System without promise, expectation, or receipt of compensation or future employment.
