Test Planning, Tests. Complaints, Actions To ensure the required product features and specifications are correct, the supplier will carry out tests in accordance with specified test plans. Type and scope of the tests will be agreed with the customer. Special features and characteristics to be tested will be indicated in the specifications and drawings by the customer. If no particular test parameters are mentioned, the supplier will define appropriate test specifications himself allowing for proper monitoring of the process capability of production processes. To be able to monitor the process capability and testing of the products, the supplier will ensure that the test systems, devices and substances will be calibrated and set to certain pre-determined standards. The supplier will ensure that at least those standards will be calibrated by an ISO 17025-certified institute. During production, the supplier will take suitable actions to monitor the process capability of his production processes. To do so, he will use appropriate procedures (e.g. static process control or manual control chart technology) during the entire production cycle. Upon the customer’s request the supplier will allow the customer to look at the documents concerning process monitoring. The supplier will create test records for all tests. He will provide one copy of the test records (quality record) to the customer. The records must refer directly to the delivery (item number, batch number, production date, order number). Upon receipt of the goods, the customer will check quantities, identity and the enclosed documents are ok, he will also check the goods for visible defects. Apart from that and with mutual consent, the customer will be released from his obligation to inspect and give notice of defects (§377 HGB / Art. 39ff CISG). Notwithstanding this agreement, the customer will be entitled to take appropriate samples and to test compliance of the products delivered with the documents accompanying the delivery. If, during the regular course of business, defects are found in the delivered products, the supplier will be notified of such defects within an appropriate period of time. In this respect, the supplier will refrain from the objection to delayed notice of defects. During the regular course of business, the customer will either check the assembly groups manufactured using the delivered products prior to the beginning of the next production step or test the product manufactured using the assembly group.   • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Test The outer surface of the lamp lenses shall be subjected once or more than once to the action of the sand jet produced as described above.   • INSPECTION/TESTING All Products sold pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to inspection/testing by or at the direction of H- GAC and/or the ordering Customer, either at the delivery destination or the place of manufacture. In the event a Product fails to meet or exceed all requirements of this Agreement, and unless otherwise agreed in advance, the cost of any inspection and/or testing, will be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Health Tests At the time of employment, the Employer shall provide a Tuberculin skin test at no cost to the nurse. In the event of a positive reaction to this test, the Employer will provide a chest x-ray at no cost. Upon request, a routine blood examination and urinalysis will be provided at no cost to the nurse once each year.
