  • Not Discriminate In its performance of this Grant Contract, the Grantee shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, national origin, religion, age, marital status, or disability, with respect to either provision of services or in its employment practices. The policies shall also apply at all times and places in circumstances where failing to apply this policy may affect the health, safety or wellbeing of a member of the School community or a member of the public, have repercussions for the orderly running of the School or bring the School into disrepute.
