THE EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. (A) The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an Agreement between the parties is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in Articles 4 and 5 dealing with the Union Security and Dues Check off. New employees shall be presented with a copy of the Agreement, a Union membership card and Union dues check off card, and a Union package. The dues check off is to be signed and turned back to the Employer immediately. The Union membership card is to be signed and turned over to the Union Treasurer within thirty (30) days.
