Sexual or Personal Harassment. 35:01 The Board agrees that no form of sexual or personal harassment shall be allowed in the work place or in work related situations. The principles and values of the Board include the right of all employees to self-respect and dignity. It is agreed that the workplace should be free from sexual and other forms of personal harassment.

  • Personal Harassment (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from personal harassment and agree that employees who engage in personal harassment may be disciplined.
