No Discrimination for Union Activity. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee for reason of membership or activity in the Union.

A union member shall have the right to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union.

The Company will not interfere with, restrain, or coerce the employee-owners covered by this Agreement because of membership in or lawful activity on behalf of the Union. The Company will not discriminate in respect to hiring, tenure of employment or any term of employment against any employee-owner covered by this Agreement because of membership in or lawful activity on behalf of the Union, nor will it discourage membership in the Union, or attempt to encourage membership in another union.
