THE EXPUNGING OF CERTAIN DISCIPLINARY PENALTIES. Effective the date of ratification of this Agreement, any verbal or written warning, covering any matter other than sexual or personal harassment, theft, breach of trust, or acts of violence, that has been placed on the file of an employee, will subsequently be removed from his file as soon as the employee has been employed for a further continuous period of one (1) year without incurring an additional disciplinary penalty of any kind.
