The Terms of the User Agreement. 2.1 Under the terms of this Agreement the Council grants to the Club the following rights the location and exercise of which may be varied at the discretion of the Council: 2.1.1 To use the Facilities for the Permitted Use, at the Permitted Times, throughout the Period of the Agreement and 2.1.2 To use the Designated Space having informed the Stadium Manager upon entering the Stadium only but with the Club receiving priority of use where circumstances reasonably require. 2.1.3 To use other parts of the Stadium with the Stadium Manager’s reasonable consent for meetings relating to the conduct of the Club’s affairs to be obtained prior to the commencement of each meeting 2.1.4 The Club shall not use the Match Day Facilities for any purpose other than the Permitted Use. 2.1.5 To use up to 20 car parking spaces during the normal opening hours of the Stadium excluding Match Days 2.1.6 To maintain a manual Scoreboard on the North Stand and man it on Matchdays in an area designated by the Stadium Manager to be removed when the North stand is in use for crowd purposes. 2.2 The Club shall observe any changes to the rules and regulations, regarding the use of the Match Day Facilities and the Stadium which are made by the Council or Stadium Manager, in the interest of safety and good management. 2.2.1 The Club shall not assign, sub-licence or otherwise part with or share the rights hereby granted. 2.2.2 Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Club shall not impede the Council or its officers or agents in the exercise of the rights of possession and control of the Match Day Facilities and Stadium. 2.2.3 The Club shall ensure that, in exercising their rights under this agreement that they do not cause any undue interference with or adversely affect the enjoyment of the Council or its authorised users of the Match Day Facilities and adjoining properties. 2.2.4 The Club will ensure that at all times it complies with the provisions of the Stadium’s Safety Certificate, specifically Schedule C and Appendix 2 of that Certificate. 2.2.5 The Club shall not undertake any actions which might constitute a breach of any statutory requirement (including Safety of Sports Ground Legislation), or vitiate the insurance affecting the Match Day Facilities or the Stadium and the adjoining properties. 2.2.6 The Club shall not bring into the Stadium any electrical equipment which has not been XXX tested and which does not comply with all relevant statutory regulations for the use of suc...
