CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGES. 1. Dutch Oriental Megayachts LLC. performs routine cleaning and maintenance of each vessel. The CHARTERER agrees to accept the vessel in its present state of cleanliness and to exercise reasonable care to maintain similar conditions. Should the vessel be left extremely dirty at the end of the trip, the CHARTERER shall pay AED 1,000 cleaning fee to cover costs for having the vessel professionally cleaned.
2. If the vessel and its content (finishing, fixture, equipment, and any tangible object) shall be damaged by the CHARTERER or guests, and the damage is due to intentional or negligent act by the CHARTERER or guests, the OWNER shall proceed to repair and restore the vessel to its condition preceding the damage. The final repair/replacement cost shall be paid by the CHARTERER within five (5) days of the company’s demand thereof.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGES. 6.1.1 The Club shall, at its own expense, ensure that at all times both during and after its use of those of the Designated Space that are indoors together with the two dressing rooms (home and away), referee/official changing room and the drug testing room that such Designated Space together with the two dressing rooms (home and away), referee/official changing room and the drug testing room is kept clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and that upon vacation of the Designated Space the two dressing rooms (home and away), referee/official changing room and the drug testing room the Club’s equipment is removed and the Match Day Facilities are left ready for immediate use. The Club shall, at its own expense, ensure that at all times the accommodation included in the Designated Space is kept clean, tidy and clear of rubbish.
6.1.2 The Club shall use all reasonable endeavours to exercise the rights granted, in such a manner as to prevent any damage to the Match Day Facilities, the Stadium and the adjoining properties (fair wear and tear excepted).
6.1.3 The Club shall adequately compensate the Council for any damage caused by its employees servants or agents through the Permitted Use of the Match Day Facilities or the Stadium.
6.1.4 The Club shall at its own expense, maintain the Designated Space in a neat and tidy condition and good decorative order.
6.1.5 The Club shall maintain its own goods and equipment in keeping with the standards maintained elsewhere in the Stadium.
6.1.6 The Club shall not display any signage or notices in the Match Day Facilities or the Stadium, including those relating to advertising or sponsorship, without the prior written consent of the Council. The Council shall not unreasonably withhold or delay consent where given.
6.1.7 The Club shall be permitted to display memorabilia within the East Stand at location(s) to be reasonably agreed with the Stadium Manager provided that no damage is caused by the affixing of such memorabilia
6.1.8 The Club shall be permitted on Match Days to place displays relating to Sponsorship, merchandising and related commercial activities within Public Spaces of the Stadium with the prior agreement of the Stadium Manager
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGES. 7.1.1 The Council shall maintain the Match Day Facilities, the Stadium and all common areas in a state of repair and upkeep which will be of a standard to enable the Club to use all the Match Day Facilities during the Permitted Times.
7.1.2 The Match Day Facilities shall be maintained, by the Council, to a standard required by the Football Associations or other Football Authority for the playing of football. This shall apply except for causes outside the control of the Council.
7.1.3 The Council shall ensure that when spectators are admitted to the Stadium, (including designated car parks) to watch a Permitted Match effective supervision is provided by stewards and by the Police, so as to comply with all requirements of the Safety of Sports Ground Legislation.
7.1.4 The Council shall not be responsible for providing any new buildings or structures or to renew the Match Day Facilities in whole or in part.
7.1.5 In the event that further tiered terracing for spectator capacity are built or improved within the Stadium, such facilities will form part of the Match Day Facilities. Where such improvements are made the Council reserves the right to review the User Fee to take account of any additional operating costs imposed.
