The Xxxx/ Administrator’s Recommendation. (1) The Xxxx/Administrator shall formulate his/her own recommendation. Where the recommendation is negative, the Member shall be notified in writing, provided with the reasons therefor (e.g. documentation on the personnel file), and given the opportunity to meet with the Xxxx/Administrator to discuss the recommendation within ten (10) working days of the notification. The Member shall have the right to be accompanied by another Member. The Member should supply a written statement of the items to be discussed, including the Member’s response and/or additional documentation, prior to the meeting. The Member’s response and additional documentation shall be attached to the Member’s application and will be provided to the Vice-President (Academic) and the President. No additional copies of the information shall be made.
