Time and Place of Work. Consultant's services shall be rendered in a timely and professional manner at such places and during such hours as Consultant and Company may determine consistent with the needs of the project as defined by Company.
Time and Place of Work. The Consultant shall perform the services required by this Agreement at any place or location and at such times as the Consultant shall determine, but shall comply with the reasonable deadlines set by the Company. When the Company requires the Consultant to be present at the Company’s offices in Alameda, California, the Company will provide the Consultant with a place to perform his services for the Company while at such office.

ECC shall use reasonable efforts to complete requested services by any deadlines imposed by Company. ECC may perform services at such locations as ECC may choose, provided that ECC has access to all necessary data. ECC shall be reasonably available by telephone.

You will be scheduled to work within the normal hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and you will be paid $7,800.00 at the end of the month (after tax). For all scheduled hours worked between 17:00 and midnight, you will be paid $47 an hour. Standard Work Schedules This includes a 7.5 or 8-hour work performed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, five days a week, Monday to Friday.
Time and Place of Work. Consultant shall provide the Company an estimated 40 to 50 hours of service per month at the request and under the direction of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Services shall be performed at Consultant's and Company's facilities.
Time and Place of Work. Consultant and the Company have agreed that the nature of the projects that Consultant will be requested to complete will require Consultant to perform services for no more than 10 hours per week at such location as the Company may reasonably request from time to time.

Consultant shall be available for consultation during normal business hours upon the reasonable request of Company and, in special circumstances, Consultant shall also be available, subject to scheduling conflicts, during other reasonable times, including weekends and holidays, when required by Company.
