TIME KEEPING/ATTENDANCE REPORTING. The District will comply with the mandatory record keeping as prescribed by the U.S. Department of Labor, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for all hourly employees. This record keeping may be done by either paper or electronic means.
