Time Limit on Grievance. 9.10 A grievance concerning only one employee may be presented by an authorized representative of the Union not later than the twenty-fifth (25th) working day after the date on which this employee first became aware of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance.

Time Limit on Grievance. Should the grievance be unresolved after the complaint, a grievance shall be presented in writing by the authorized representative of the Union to the branch manager or their designate of the Company no later than twenty (20) calendar days from the date the company responded in writing to the complaint.
