Time of Meetings and Xxxxxxxx – Working Hours. All discussions, meetings and hearings between the grievant(s), Supervisors, Fire Chief or designee, Public Safety Director and others, shall be for as practicable, be conducted within the grievant’s working hours. A grievant and his representative shall be allowed such time off from their regular duties, without loss of pay or benefits, as may be necessary and reasonable for hearings and discussions. However, all grievance meetings with the City shall not entitle any employee to overtime compensation.

  • Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.

  • Notice of Meetings Notice of all meetings of the Preferred Securityholders, stating the time, place and purpose of the meeting, shall be given by the Property Trustee pursuant to Section 10.8 to each Preferred Securityholder of record, at his registered address, at least 15 days and not more than 90 days before the meeting.
