Time Off for Union Activities. Local Union representatives shall be allowed reasonable time off without pay for legitimate Union business such as Union meetings, state or area wide committee meetings, state or international conventions, provided reasonable notice is given by such employee requesting time off to Employer and provided further that adequate substitutes are available.
