TIME OFF IN LIEU OF HOLIDAYS. 16.1 Effective July 1, 1988, employees shall accrue 3.6924 hours per qualified payroll period in lieu of holiday(s) time. In addition to the above time, each employee shall, at the commencement of the fiscal year, be accorded one additional in lieu of holiday day (eight hours).
