Time Off in Lieu of Pay. At the request of a member and subject to the needs of the service, the Chief of Police may grant time off in lieu of overtime pay. (b) Carry over balance A member may carry over a balance of up to forty (40) hours from the calendar year of acquisition to the next calendar year.
