Time Off in Lieu of Pay. At the request of a member and subject to the needs of the service, the Chief of Police may grant time off in lieu of overtime pay. (b) Carry over balance A member may carry over a balance of up to forty (40) hours from the calendar year of acquisition to the next calendar year. Payment of carried over time shall be at the rate in effect at the time earned. Form ADM25.07/97 (c)
