Common use of Time Vacation Taken Clause in Contracts

Time Vacation Taken. It is understood and agreed that eligible Employees may take at least two (2) consecutive weeks of annual leave per year. The dates when Employee's vacation leave shall be granted shall be determined by agreement between each Employee and the Employer with regard to the best interest of the Employer as well as the best interest of each Employee.
