Tongs. The Employer will provide one set of tongs to each Banquet server at no charge. A deposit shall be made for the tongs, which will be refunded to the Employee, if the tongs are returned within two weeks of termination. If the tongs are broken or worn out, the Employee will receive a replacement set at no charge upon presenting the broken worn out tongs to the Payroll Department. The Employee will pay for the replacement of lost tongs.
