Tongs. The Employer will provide one set of tongs to each Banquet server at no charge. A deposit shall be made for the tongs, which will be refunded to the employee, if the tongs are returned within two weeks of termination. If the tongs are broken or worn out, the employee will receive a replacement set at no charge upon presenting the broken worn out tongs to the Payroll Department. The employee will pay for the replacement of lost tongs. An employee, in addition to their regular wage, receives the following: (1) Banquet Wait Staff: Receives cover price per function which includes soup or salad, entree and dessert subject to the Minimums as follows: Breakfast Lunch Reception Dinner Minimum $18.00 $18.00 $26.00 $26.00 Any specific questions regarding the payment of gratuities for a particular function may be addressed through the grievance procedure.

  • Scaling “Scaling,” as used herein, involves:

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.
