Common use of Total Seniority and Seniority List Clause in Contracts

Total Seniority and Seniority List. In order to finalize a seniority list, the Employer, in accordance with Articles 25.02 and 25.03 shall determine each employee’s seniority hours, and post a seniority list with each employee’s seniority hours. Such list shall be updated each January 31 and posted on the Employer’s bulletin board and a copy shall be sent to the Union on the same day the Seniority List is posted on the bulletin board. The Union shall notify the Employer within sixty (60) days of posting the list regarding any errors on the list.
