Common use of Tour Differential Clause in Contracts

Tour Differential. An employee shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars and thirty-five cents ($2.35) for each hour worked on the evening shift two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift.

Tour Differential. An Effective April 1, 2010 an employee shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars one dollar and thirty-five seventy cents ($2.351.70) for each hour worked on the evening shift two dollars and seventy-five one dollar and eighty cents ($2.751.80) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift. Effective April 1, 2011, an Employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and eighty cents ($1.80) for each hour worked on the evening shift and one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift. Effective April 1, 2012, an Employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90) for each hour worked on the evening shift and two dollars ($2.00) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift.

An Effective April 1, 2008 an employee shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars one dollar and thirty-five forty cents ($2.351.40) for each hour worked on the evening shift two dollars and seventy-five one dollar and fifty cents ($2.751.50) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift. Effective April 1, 2009, an Employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each hour worked on the evening shift and one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift.

An Effective April 1st, 2016 an employee shall be paid a shift premium of of) two dollars and thirty-five fifteen cents ($2.352.15) for each hour worked on the evening shift two dollars and seventy-fifty five cents ($2.752.55) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift. Effective April 1st, 2017 an employee shall be paid a shift premium of) two dollars and twenty five cents ($2.25) for each hour worked on the evening shift two dollars and sixty five cents ($2.65) per hour for each hour worked on the night shift.
