Common use of Tour Differential Clause in Contracts

Tour Differential. An employee who works a basic work day (as defined in Article 4) which starts or ends between 7:01 P.M. and 6:59 A.M. shall be paid a differential of ten percent (10%) of their basic weekly wage rate for each full week so assigned. If assigned to such a workday for periods of less than a full week, one-fifth of the weekly differential will be paid for each day so assigned.

If assigned to such a workday for periods of less than a full week, one-fifth of the weekly differential will be paid for each day so assigned.those hours actually worked between 9:01 P.M. and 5:59 A.M.
