Trade Improvement Trust Fund. (1) Subject to (2) below, the Contractor and each employee covered by this Appendix shall respectively contribute the amounts set out below to the Operating Engineers (987) Trade Improvement Trust Fund. Contributions shall apply to all hours worked and employee contributions shall be collected at the source as a payroll deduction. The Contractor's contribution shall be: Effective July 1, 2006 - 61¢ per hour The Employee's contribution shall be: Nil.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.
