Common use of Training and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Training and Compensation. A. As determined by the MTC, the Association MTC members shall be provided on- going training by the Board to ensure consistent application of the Master Teacher criteria. B. The Association MTC members shall be paid at the curriculum work compensation rate in order to perform MTC duties, including training concerning their MTC responsibilities, which take place outside the bargaining unit member workday. C. The Association MTC members shall be provided release time for any work pertaining to MTC duties, including training concerning their MTC responsibilities, which occur during the bargaining unit member workday.
