Training Assistance. In connection with the Software applications and the processes and procedures to which USAC has rights upon termination in accordance with Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights) Vendor will provide to USAC or its designee such training as may be reasonably necessary for USAC or its designee, at no additional cost, to access the USAC Data and otherwise utilize said rights.
