Training Day. The training day for all training programs, excluding shift training, shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified. This includes one (1) hour for lunch and time for breaks as the program allows. Employees assigned to attend training programs will adopt the schedule of the program. Staying overnight at a particular location during a training program shall not give rise to the accumulation of overtime. Travel time to and from required training programs shall be considered as on-duty hours and compensated according to Ohio University policy.
