Training/Education. PFPC shall assist in the development of standard training materials for the Funds’ mutual fund service, support and operations personnel. In addition, PFPC shall provide, free of charge, attendance at one of PFPC’s annual forum events each year for not more than five (5) people chosen by the Funds, which may include GEAM salespersons and client services personnel. The Funds will be responsible for all expenses associated with travel to and from any such event, and reasonable fees for any special GEAM presentations or materials to be presented at such event.
