Service Catalog Management. The Contractor shall organize and curate a collection of business and information technology related services that are reflective of the existing and ever-changing service baseline. Contractor shall provide descriptive, entitlement, costing, and other criteria for consumption- based provisioning and may be constructed to provide contextual-based content displayed in any number of self-provisioning portals, including storefront or purpose-built request management portals for strategic initiatives. The Contractor shall deliver Service Catalog Management services for all Integrated Services, and select other services provided by Government, other vendors, and Customers. The Contractor shall proactively support Government and Customers with resource, expertise, and advice in aligning the Service Catalog with Customer strategic direction, technical architecture, refresh strategy, and product evaluation. Contractor shall ensure that all services published in the Service Catalog have been approved in accordance with EITS Governance. Contractor shall coordinate with Government to ensure service priority and service level requirements are met. The Contractor shall ensure all changes to Service Catalog are approved by Government and EITS Governance.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor.   • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Service Management Effective support of in-scope services is a result of maintaining consistent service levels. The following sections provide relevant details on service availability, monitoring of in-scope services and related components.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Quality Management Grantee will:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
