TRAINING WORKING GROUP. 1. A Training Working Group is established for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of the agreement.
2. The Training Working Group is provided with the requested information be- fore courses are approved.
3. The condition for approving a course is a jointly observed training need.
4. The Training Working Group may also approve courses at any time during the year.
