Card Withdrawals Sample Clauses
Card Withdrawals. Use of the Card, the account number on the Card, the Personal Identification Number (PIN) or any combination of the three for payments, purchases or to obtain cash advances with merchants, financial institutions or others who honor the Card (“Card withdrawal”) is an order by you for the withdrawal of funds from the Checking Account if selected at an ATM. Any person you authorize to use the Card is jointly responsible with you for the withdrawal he or she makes and the withdrawal will be treated as though it were a “check” for purposes of the Checking Agreement except that:
a. We may charge withdrawals to the Checking Account in any order we determine, and if Savings are not sufficient to cover all withdrawals, we may pay Card withdrawals and dishonor regular checks;
b. If your Checking or Savings Account is brought negative by a Debit Card transaction, your account will be assessed an overdraft fee; and
c. We cannot honor stop payment requests on Card withdrawals.
Card Withdrawals. Use of the card, the account number on the card, the PIN, or any combination of the three for payments, purchases or to obtain cash advances with merchants, financial institutions or others who honor the Card (“Card Withdrawals”) is an order by me/us for the withdrawal of funds from the Checking Account and will be treated as though it were a “check” for purposes of the Debit Mastercard Agreement except that:
1. The Credit Union may charge withdrawals to the Checking Account in any order it determines. If funds are not sufficient to cover all withdrawals, the Credit Union may pay Card Withdrawals and dishonor regular checks; and
2. The Credit Union CANNOT honor stop payment requests on Card Withdrawals.
Card Withdrawals. Use of the card or the account number on the card for payments, purchases, or to obtain cash advances with merchants, financial institutions or others who honor the card is an order by the Cardholder(s) for the withdrawal of funds from a checking, savings or overdraft LOC. A withdrawal from a checking account will be treated as though it were a check except that: (1) the Bank may charge withdrawals to the account in any order it determines and if funds are not sufficient to cover all withdrawals the Bank may pay card withdrawals and dishonor regular checks; and (2) the Bank cannot honor stop payment requests on card withdrawals. The maximum cash withdrawal amount limits in any 24-hour period are $300 for New Opportunity Checking accounts and $500 for all other accounts at automated teller machines (ATM) and $500 for New Opportunity Checking accounts and $2,500 for all other accounts for Point-of-Sale purchases, when using a debit card. The Bank, at its sole discretion and without notice may change the designation of when the 24-hour period will begin and end to the Cardholder(s).
Card Withdrawals. Use of the Card, the account number on the Card, the Personal Identification Number (PIN) or any combination of the three for payments, or purchases with merchants or care providers is an order by You for the withdrawal of funds from the Checking Account and constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions found in the Agreement. You are responsible for transactions performed by any and all authorized users. You agree and understand that:
a. We may charge withdrawals to the Checking Account in any order We determine, and if funds are not sufficient to cover all withdrawals, We may pay Card withdrawals up to the available balance and dishonor regular checks;
b. As Your account is set up as an HSA, IRS regulations prohibit the account from being brought negative. If checks are presented or debit card transactions are requested that exceed the available account balance the check may be returned or debit card transaction declined;
c. We cannot honor stop payment requests on Card withdrawals.
Card Withdrawals. Each Card withdrawal by me may be charged to the Account and will be treated as though it were a “check” for the purposes of this Agreement except that:
(1). You may charge withdrawals to the Account in any order you determine. If funds are not sufficient to cover all withdrawals, you may pay Card withdrawals and dishonor regular checks; and
(2). You CANNOT honor stop payment requests on Card Withdrawals.
