Common use of Transfer to Positions Outside of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Positions Outside of the Bargaining Unit. An employee who is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit for a period of up to twelve (12) months, or such longer period of time as may be agreed by the Local Union and the Hospital, shall retain but not accumulate seniority held at the time of the transfer.
