Transfers to Positions Outside of the Bargaining Unit. Employees may accept transfers to positions outside the scope if this agreement. In the event a bargaining unit Employee accepts a temporary transfer outside the bargaining unit seniority will be adjusted in accordance with Article 13. The affected Employee shall continue to pay union dues to Local 5167 during the period of time temporarily transferred out of the unit.
